This includes supporting local businesses, buying local goods where possible, and protecting the environment and the well-being of people, including their staff, customers and suppliers. By working in partnership with accommodations, tour operators and travel agents around the world, together we are starting to change the way tourism businesses operate and make a significant contribution to sustainable tourism.

We at Tjäreborg are actively working with environmental issues, and know that sometimes we are part of the problem. Therefore, we are deeply involved in these issues and have done so since the mid 90's, when we set up our first environmental council.
